I worked with Nick on my purchase of a 2015 428i convertible. Nick was great to work with, early on when I was considering the car (I live in Massachusetts and wasn't interested in flying to Saraso convertible. Nick was great to work with, early on when I was considering the car (I live in Massachusetts and wasn't interested in flying to Sarasota just to confirm my interest), I asked Nick to be "my eyes" and double check the condition of the car. He texted me a walkaround video of the car. Eventually we agreed on a price. Nick suggested Montway shippers and they worked out perfectly. I've delayed sending this review because, unfortunately, which could easily have been missed, each hinge cover was partially unattached and neither could be fixed without getting hinge covers and the necessary clips to do the repair. I discussed this situation with Nick. He worked with the used car manager and they shipped to me the COMPLETE set of mouldings/covers, and HINGE ARMS, for each side. Now that the parts are actually at my home, I felt it was appropriate to review the entire experience. I will need to spend some money to get the parts covers and clips installed, and to paint the covers which come primed only, but Nick went to bat for me in a situation that was a bit unfortunate for both the dealership and me, but he did his best to right it. The next time I look online for a used BMW, I will be sure to include BMW of Sarasota in my search. Thank you Nick! More
