I was impressed by how kind and patient he was. Nicholas made the entire experience enjoyable, and he was very professional. He was very attentive and organized, and I didn't feel like he was trying to push unwanted products on us. I accidentally left my sunglasses in my trade vehicle, and I didn't realize it until we were home. Nicholas even went above and beyond to ensure I received my sunglasses! Overall great experience! My salesman Nicholas was new, but his team pitched right in to help out with making sure Nicholas was well prepared with his responses to all my question. He did not come across as a "newbie", and I would love to have him work with me on any future purchases. I do have to give BIG KUDOS to Faraz Amdani (Sales MGR), as he went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my trade and my purchase. When I am ready to buy my next vehicle, I will definitely be going back to this dealership as long as Faraz is still there.
