I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felix Chevrolet and would not recommend them. Despite providing my pre-approval, they ignored it and used their own bank instead, without even submitting m Chevrolet and would not recommend them. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt deceptive. Additionally, the General manager refused to remove aftermarket parts that were not installed initially, forcing me to return the next day for installation. If he did remove those aftermarket parts my bank would of approve the loans I was initally approved for. It’s clear they mislead and lie to customers to push unnecessary aftermarket parts for used cars. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. One star. More
