What can I say about nick. felt like family and i had know him for a while... nick was awesome once again dealt with him in Nov till Feb. When I got my van. My friend needed a v felt like family and i had know him for a while... nick was awesome once again dealt with him in Nov till Feb. When I got my van. My friend needed a van called nick... he was Johnny on the spot.... he was willing to help told him exactly what my friend needed I had done some homework .from 1st day he was on things . Did his homework for sure All questions were answered. He was willing and able to explain things from test drive to setting up the phone system in car. Friend and I are very pleased her kids even like it....its "coool" wait till they see the DVD player.. I would recommend nick to anyone again... DEFINITELY recommend this dealership everyone so friendly and explains things... no pushy sales here ! More

Buying from Heritage and Nick was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. He let me know the status of everything through the process like when I was declined and accepted and tried everythi process I have ever experienced. His mannerism was very comfortable and I in no way felt like I was being pressured into anything. Came in thinking I would be sent home with no options and no car as had happened in other places I had been to. This was the complete opposite. From Nick, to finance, to other sales staff, everyone was so welcoming and willing to work together and help find everything that suited my needs in both , what I wanted and was willing to pay. I was offered options based on financial needs and not to mention full transparency through the whole process. 100% recommend Nick for your next purchase. More
