Service managers not in their work station. It was 2 managers in 8 offices. Not very diligent, lack of customer service. Giving inaccurate information about vehicle service time. The communication with the service advisor Neyma is non existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and p existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and pulled up with the exact same noise. I was told "since I thought it was the water pump, the technician probably just fixed that" again i know there were issues with my vehicle. But one month with no updates and all of these repairs besides the noise it was brought in for. At least communicate! More

I dropped my jeep off on Thursday morning for an over heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESD heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESDAY. I went multiple days with no transportation and little to no communication from The service center. I had to call 2-3x per day to get any information about what was going on with my vehicle. Nick the manager tried to make the situation better by trying to get me into a 2025 jeep, but the numbers did not work out. Nicks customer service was great, but I’m not sure it’s enough to keep me at this dealership for my next jeep. More

I was lied to about my rep being in communication with my warranty company for a several weeks. I was told I didn’t need to worry about my rental that it was included in my package while my jeep was getting warranty company for a several weeks. I was told I didn’t need to worry about my rental that it was included in my package while my jeep was getting worked. I was never told I would have to pay out of pocket. Now I’m getting a bill for $3k. I was extremely patient with my rep because I was not aware I would end up paying for the rental. My jeep took over 4 months to get repaired. Had I known I would never have taken that rental. I tried talking to management and no one would listen. Trey would ignore my calls or texts. When I picked up the jeep it was completely covered in grease. outside and inside the car. I had huge stains in the seats. No covers were used. Mo gloves were used. They charge for gloves and towels and don’t use them. I still have the 4x4 issue I had since the beginning, my car shakes a lot now and the dan is extremely loud. I spend $10k replacing an engine even though it was getting serviced and was told it was not so would not be getting covered under warranty. I can deal with that but not being taken advantage with everything else. Enterprise rental management told me there were several customers that have huge bills and were told their rental were covered. More

I dropped off my car on August 4th and tried multiple times to get a status update, but I never received a call back until 10 days later, when I finally got the diagnostic.
