And although I do not have the pleasure to interface much with the GM, her team says great things about her, the gift she sent us after our purchase was a first, and from what I can see she and hear she is doing an outstanding job. Our family had already decided what vehicle make/model/color/etc we wanted prior to contacting Rudy Luther Toyota but unfortunately, we wanted it during a parts shortage. Waiting on a vehicle wasn't something we ever expected to have to do, however, Nettie and the Team at Rudy Luther Toyota managed to make it an excellent overall car buying experience. I bought a Corolla Cross from Rudy Luther and love the car. This was the second car I bought from the dealership and Nettie was the salesperson both times. My girlfriend commented to me as we were leaving the dealership that Nettie showed an incredible amount of patience with me when explaining the ins and outs of the new car.
