He spent nearly half hour with me, trying ( and succeeding) in setting up my app, my profile and settings, explaining how it all worked. He works Sales but was not getting a sale out of this as I had already purchased my car but he was soooo helpful and patient with it. Go Richard, best customer service ever. More
