Mr. Samson was very helpful. service appoint however took a long time and I noticed i was recommended and charged the brake fluid replacement again this appointment, although i had the same service only last a long time and I noticed i was recommended and charged the brake fluid replacement again this appointment, although i had the same service only last year. I dont like that the system doesn’t keep track of services done when you’ve already had my car history in the system. I could have saved an unnecessary $145 if Toyota was honest about the ph measure of the brake fluid and reminded me that my fluid was already recently changed. I usually trust the service recommendations but this seems like a cash grab on toyota’s part. More

Left a dent/scratch on driver side, didn’t see it until I got home. Overpromised, so I needed a rental, I needed the third row that day due to visitors from overseas. Not sure how they are going to handle the scratch as it is down to the metal, they probably are not going to own up to it. Overall a very bad experience and very inconvenient. Go to Longo if you want better service and won’t damage your vehicle. More

This was my second visit to Wonderies in one year. The first was for a flat tire. I was very disappointed with the wait time, explanation of issue, and cost. I went back for an oil change because I received a coupon. Nelson was fine bit not very friendly. I would have appreciated an explanation of services I need for a 100,000 service check but instead I just felt he was trying to up sell me. Lastly, when picking up my car from the oil change. Nelson did not explanation the notes in the service receipt. It read i refused a service but no needed or reccomended repairs were discussed with me. I had my Toyota Landcruiser for 30 years always went to Toyota of Gendora with excellent service. I now have a FJ Cruiser and have been disappointed both times I have gone to Wonderies Toyota for service. More
