Absolutely horrible experience. We were sold a vehicle that had extensive paint damage and it was never communicated to us prior to delivery. We specifically asked if there was any paint damage and was to that had extensive paint damage and it was never communicated to us prior to delivery. We specifically asked if there was any paint damage and was told that it was “Nissan certified “. Due to the COVID-19 situation we feel that we were absolutely taken advantage of since we didn’t go down to the dealership to view the car. Took 10 days worth of phone calls to speak to a manager, with absolutely no resolve. The dealership refused to fix it. We are now stuck with a vehicle that needs a paint job. Will never buy from this dealership again. Buyer beware! More
