There’s a Mazda dealership down the street from my home in NY and they were so unprofessional I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me in person! From the first phone call, Nelson answered all of my annoying qu in NY and they were so unprofessional I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me in person! From the first phone call, Nelson answered all of my annoying questions with such patience that I drove an hour to meet with him at Colonial. There I worked with Argenis and Nelson and couldn’t have been happier. I was Argenis’s first sale and he was great. I never felt any pressure from them. ALSO - there is no BS from them! They showed me every single cost which explained EXACTLY what it would cost to walk out the door with my CX5 and nothing changed when I picked it up. Go to Colonial- I swear you’ll be glad you did.
