It was a great experience and surprisingly quick once we settled on a price. I didn't expect to go home with the car that day as there was a little confusion as to where the car was located. Pressure sales that devolved into condescension and debate with a "manager". Everything had to be done right away or the car was going to be sold to someone else. An item that was supposed to be included per their ad was not. Was told by salesperson that they would check with a manager about it and let me know the next day. Still nothing. Will not do business with this group again. More
