The customer service of this Hyundai dealership is atrocious. Complete lack of any care for the customer! Came in to return my wife’s lease. She had a Hyundai Sonata we were over Hyundai and decided t atrocious. Complete lack of any care for the customer! Came in to return my wife’s lease. She had a Hyundai Sonata we were over Hyundai and decided to make the move to Honda. No regrets. I called this dealership and asked if I could come in to return my lease. The person on the phone said we could bring it in no problem. I get in and talk to the girl at the front desk. She has me and my wife fill out some paperwork, a sales rep takes the license plates off, and when we think we’re all set and done… But, Nelson Badillo has other plans, we waste about an hour there for him to “figure some things out“. What’s there for him to figure out? I called, they said they could take the lease! We were physically about to be done with the lease. Just drop off the car and leave. His excuse was there’s no space in the lot. What a horrendous lie. Because if I was there to purchase a Hyundai and I had three trade-in vehicles, he would undoubtedly take care of it. But because he’s not making a sale, you just want to brush me off and tell me to kick rocks somewhere else? When it comes to customer care, even when the customer no longer wants to deal with your product, you still need to take care of them. I come from my one day off in three weeks to take care of this in one day and he makes it a big deal. That is where Nelson Badillo failed me ,the customer! It could have been a positive interaction and who knows I would’ve recommended this Hyundai dealer to friends and family. But instead I got the boot essentially and chose not to make a scene and leave. Also I asked for the bare minimum of putting the plates back on the vehicle and I’ll take it somewhere else. Mr. Badillo said he had no one available at the time to put the plates back on. And I said “your sales guy took it off so he has to put it back on”. I recommend staying away from this Hyundai dealership as far as possible. And even further away from Nelson Badillo, the sales manager. I would not trust him with any transaction. More

I recently had the pleasure meeting and using Jeffrey Tepale as a sakes professional at Wayne Hyundai. He was fantastic from start to finish!
