Very satisfied with entire experience after a year I bought my lovely Corolla from Nelly more than a year ago. I service my car only at her location because I know I'll be taken care of. She always helps me to set an appointment and talk to my service advisors when I have issues with them. She is always smiling and going above and beyond for her customers. If I'm hungry she gets me food, if I'm thirsty she will get me water. I wish all salespeople I deal with would be as professional and friendly as Nelly. Around her I feel like I'm her best friend. And by the way, She is the only salesperson ( out of hundreds Of other salespeople who I bought goods from )who sends me birthday card on my birthday. Initially when I came to Toyota South, my intent was I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience of my life while purchasing a car from Toyota South of Morrow. Initially when I came to Toyota South, my intent was not to but a car that day, honestly I was only inquiring about a solicitation I received in the mail. Upon entering the sales department I was greeted by Nelly who immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. Nelly grave me information about the flyer I received in the mail, then told me "I'm going to get you a new car today!" I didn't believe her at first , but then she told me "You you've up so easily, I don't. I keep trying until the job is done." Nelly was true to her word and ultimately sold me a new 2016 Toyota Camry, the first brand new car I heave ever owned. If you want somebody who will work for you and listen to your needs and preferences, shop at Toyota South and all for NELLY. Nelly truly sales cars. More

Go see Nelly if you need a car I received a letter from Toyota south offering to trade in my car. I came to the dealership just to talk to my previous saleslady who took care of me I received a letter from Toyota south offering to trade in my car. I came to the dealership just to talk to my previous saleslady who took care of me last year. I had no intention to get a new car, I just wanted to see if I could reduce my payment. Last year my credit score was very low and Nelly Rasuleva (my saleslady) explained me thoroughly several ways to improve my score. I followed everything she tought me back then. Well, as of Saturday, I found out that now I have an excellent credit score and I was eligible to get such a great deal on a brand new car that I never dreamed of having! My payment went down, I got a lowest interest rate and I drove away in a 2016 Toyota Corolla S plus! For the first time in so many years I was able to get a car without a co signer. I'm beyond happy and I would strongly recommend everyone who is looking for a car to come see Nelly at Toyota South Atlanta! She is by far THE BEST SALESPERSON I ever dealt with, very knowledgable, not pushy, kind and always there to answer my questions. More
