From the minute we arrived, we never felt pressured. We let Brett know what we were looking for and he jumped right on it. However, this was a spontaneous shopping event for my wife and I. We were looking to replace a car that she was unhappy with, but did not intend to buy...just to "look". Despite it being towards the end of the day, Brett didn't care and he kept helping us. We could not make up our minds, so we decided to return the next day. Brett was so patient and finally helped us find the car which made my wife so happy. We honestly could not be happier with our purchase, but this would not have happened without Brett. Thank you so much MBZ of Laguna Niguel. Brett is a perfect example of what salespersons should aim to be.
