The rating is because of poor communication about when work would be completed. Even with an appointment my car took more than 5 business days to have service done. Although a part had to be ordered the car was not serviced until 3 days after the part arrived. In the past, I have worked with Nela and my experiences with her were always excellent. That is not the case with Albert Cruz. More
