Recently decided to purchase the new BMW M4 Competition. Called, and spoke with Jeremy in sales--one of the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He found the virtually exact car I wanted in CA. He made a very fair offer on the car--considering they are brand new this year and in demand, and Grayson did on my 2018 Corvette for the trade. Signed the deal and Jeremy delivered the car to my home on Apr 24th and picked up my Vette. Above and beyond service by him. Entire process was excellent--with the usual, expected problem or two when doing everything by phone or email. All were resolved quickly. Had 2 issues with the car--both of which BMW USA, not the dealer. Eddie and Jeff in service went out of their way to resolve one, and the other (minor) will be taken care of when I bring it in for the 1200 mile service. I've bought a lot of cars and the process here was near the top. Highly recommend the Dealership for honesty, going the extra mile and having top notch people in Sales and Service. More

I negotiated a price with Neill Erdossy for a new BMW X3M40i. After we agreed on a price, I told him to add the extended warranty to the price. I then gave Neill a deposit. After I got the paperwork I decided I did not need the extra warranty. Neill told me he would not do the deal without the warranty. I did not get a great price in the first place but wanted the car. Long story short, I walked away from the deal. Another dealer laughed on Neill’s short sightedness. He could not believe Winslow BMW was so petty. Turns out Neill saved me over $1,500. by being greedy. More

I would have paid for this service- but there is no charge. It was instructive and useful and balanced well between giving me details vs. general easily understandable information. I strongly recommend this Encore service to all new purchasers at Winslow BMW. More

Best Car Purchase Experience Ever We bought our 1st BMW (2019 X5 M-Sport) in April and it was our best car purchase experience ever. We worked with Nat Moore who was very helpful and We bought our 1st BMW (2019 X5 M-Sport) in April and it was our best car purchase experience ever. We worked with Nat Moore who was very helpful and knowledgeable about BMW cars. Nat went above and beyond and during one of our visits he had to come even during his time off. There was NO pressure from start to finish. They even allowed us to change my order (Nat and Neill) 2 days before my car delivery because of some confusions about the driver assistance package. Closing the deal with Jim/finance was likewise quick and easy. We expected to be pushed heavily with multiple offers, as experienced with previous dealers (not BMW), but NONE of that. Nat/team helped gathered all relevant documents long before delivery to speed up closing. The PPF and tint that we decided to add was installed by BMW trusted contractor in Winslow (better control) and was very well done, while I was treated with a X3 M40i for a loaner. I have recommended Winslow BMW to my friends/collegues and will continue to do so. We love the car so far. More

We really had multiple way bad experience at Winslow BMW ,my son really had negative experience. He almost had a heart attack from all misleadings and lies(we are going to post screen shots of lies and misleads). in additional in the middle of conversation with Genevieve Riehl i was called "russian guy" she thought she hang up on me in the phone but i was continuing convo, while she thought i got of line, she was keeping talk about me in third party, how heartless and thankless Genevieve Riehl and the'ry stuff could be?! What happened is we was trying to buy new car , but than opposite to reality we was told that car already has 3500 ml, we committed to buy this car, than we was told to fill out credit application and apply for loan, because this car not available for cash purchase only with minimum of lean we allowed to proceed on transaction and the paper work will be sent out to California , that information we received strait from client adviser -- Nat Moore, we did everything as Nat Moore advised , than he called to say that the lean was approved by BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES, than latter we got email conformation. From that point Nat Moore is disappear and totally stopped respond over the phone.....After many calls and emails finally we was able to reach him out by the phone by being transferred from different department than he said that the manager want us to come 1,400 mill to "see our face" , he was kinda sarcastic , he said "dude ,what i can do,this is my manager ...He might dosen't wanna release car to sell because owner's wife driving it. Than we called to general manager Neill Erdossy who spoke very disrespectful he said, the car not for sale because owner's wife driving it.Also he said we need to drive from California to show are face, ask the boss nicely and also thats what BMW FINANCIAL required...but we already know is absolute lies ,he sounded like criminal with rasist judgmental accent. We just want to understand: 1. how such dealer can be authorized by BMW OF NORTH AMERICA? 2. why to advertise car with 0 ml when it has 3500 ml? 3. why to let to costumer fill out app if you are not willing to sell ? 4. WHY TO BE SO RUDE , TO MISLEAD TO LIES , TO WASTE CLIENTS TIME? 5. WHY TO HURT OUR CREDIT IF CAR NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE ? 6. WHY NOT TO APOLOGIES ? This is very sad experience at this dealership. Great Buying Experience I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I had done my research and decided to purchase a 320i after test driving the model I had reviewed at their website. Bob is extremely knowledgeable on the brand and answered all our questions on the test ride. I was ready and said "start the paperwork"......or I thought I was ready. Had to go back home and on the way, my wife asked if I had seen the 228i convertible. Not being much of a convertible guy, I was not interested, but when I got home, my mind said look up the 228i. Well, not only did they have the convertible, but a coupe. I was impressed and felt I have to see the coupe or I will wonder if I missed out on something. In a nutshell, I decided to go with the 228i (i call it the 428i's little sister) after Bob took me for a test drive. It is SO fun to drive! Bob, Neil and Jim were very patient with me and changed the paperwork. I am very happy (and so is the wife). When your ready to look and/or buy, go see Bob! More
