If you happen to be in some type of collision and need repairs… AVOID this place. The panoramic sunroof shattered on my E-Class and the glass ultimately ended up scratching the car. The incident happened repairs… AVOID this place. The panoramic sunroof shattered on my E-Class and the glass ultimately ended up scratching the car. The incident happened March 23… I did not get the vehicle back until April 24. I was told it was going to take 10-15 days. Nope… Not even close. Not only did the original quote tripled but there was practically no communication from the dealer… I had to reach out to the adviser [Neil Newman] who basically stopped replying to the email until I got some type of manager involved (who never bothered to reach out or reply to the emails despite knowing how dissatisfied I was with the entire ordeal). I hate to be a person that hounds other people. I am well aware of potential findings that would delay the repairs but having the vehicle sit at some facility in Saddle Brook for 3 weeks is unacceptable. Sad, I genuinely was going to bring my cars here both for service and/or any future incidents because of the proximity to my home but this type of incident has taught me to stick to the dealer I’ve stuck by for almost 7+ years despite its commute. I brought my vehicle in for a collision repair and unfortunately the vehicle sat there for one week before it was moved off-site for the repair. I'm not sure if that is the norm or what the hold-up wa unfortunately the vehicle sat there for one week before it was moved off-site for the repair. I'm not sure if that is the norm or what the hold-up was but I am just disappointed it took so long to get looked at when I was given the impression when I dropped it off it would be moved that day. Otherwise the repair itself was fine. However, after I picked up my vehicle the check engine light went off which is surprising as I just literally picked it up from being serviced which is forcing me to have to go back to have it looked at. I don't know what was missed there. More

Complete lack of integrity and follow through on customer satisfaction. Agreed to pick up and return vehicle, picked it up and then "didnt have a driver to return it" so I was forced to waste 2 hours of my d satisfaction. Agreed to pick up and return vehicle, picked it up and then "didnt have a driver to return it" so I was forced to waste 2 hours of my day after a long flight to go and pick the car up. The problem was NOT fixed either, so I was charged for a diagnostic fee and nothing was repaired. I will not be buying another car at this dealership. There are other dealers to choose from.... More

What an experience I brought my car in for detail and new wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car ne wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car needed was on back order with no delivery date. Almost 2 months passed. After insurance claim for the loaner and waiting for my car. I was reunited with my car. Overall, considering everything, I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received. I've been a customer since 2004 and I plan to stick with them going forward. More

My car was with the collision department for over one month. The service advisor told me it would be 10 - 15 business days. During this time, I did not receive one outgoing call from MB about the statu month. The service advisor told me it would be 10 - 15 business days. During this time, I did not receive one outgoing call from MB about the status of my car. I had to continually reach out an leave voicemails inquiring about the status of my car and even then, no one called me back. The only time I could speak with a person is if I asked the front desk to connect me to the collision department and someone happened to pick up. When I finally picked up my car, the service advisor had texted to me the amount which I owed but neglected to tell me about the credit card processing fee until I was at the dealership. The fee was over 200 dollars and had he notified me in advance, I would have brought a check or other form of payment. More
