I’m a retired Chevy service technician from out of state. I stopped in to have some work done! It was right around lunch time, but Neil and the technician Matt Shipley went out of their way to take care of I stopped in to have some work done! It took a week to get on their calendar. When I showed up on 1/28 I was told it would be looked at by Wednesday and determined if it would be covered by my expiring warranty or not but finis When I showed up on 1/28 I was told it would be looked at by Wednesday and determined if it would be covered by my expiring warranty or not but finished by Friday. Left a message on Wed at the end of business that was not returned. Called Friday afternoon with no response. At 4pm I stopped for an update and was treated rather salty. I was told he was ba led up by two weeks and could not confirm when it would be looked at. Neil went to find an update and amazingly it had already been diagnosed!!! He said $480 and I reminded him that he was going to try and get it covered. 3 minutes later he said not happening. After this treatment I realized I was just another transaction they needed to get out the door. Surprisingly he said he could have it finished in 30 minutes!?! Not sure what happened to the 2 week backlog but it once again magically disappeared! By this time I figured you guys were too busy to value my time so I took it to another reputable place and paid an additional $380 to get it fixed. I wish I was treated as nice on Friday when you had my car as you did on Tuesday when I decided to trust you with it! More
