Poor service I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm th I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm they hadn't called. So, I called them and they said it didn't get done because they had "bigger" jobs to do. They couldn't get to mine even with an appointment. They gave me a loaner car at no cost. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am to let me know that my brakes were bad too. I firmly said I only wanted fixed what I brought it in for. When I picked it up the price was $100 more than what was quoted to me. Don't go there for any service work. They only care about their time and not yours and to get the most of your money.. More

High quality service I recently had a Safety Recall completed at Oxmoor. My service writer Neal was efficient and expedited my repair very quickly. I experienced a little hiccup on the repair but soon I was on my way. I've had several oil changes and routine maintenance items completed on my Tundra and my wife's Solara at Oxmoor Toyota in the past 11-years and they are my first choice for service and a first stop on my family members search for new vehicles.
