I've bought several cars from this dealership and this was the worst experience so far. Was misled about how much I was getting for trade in. There was a highlighted value that appeared to be my trade i was the worst experience so far. Was misled about how much I was getting for trade in. There was a highlighted value that appeared to be my trade in value. Found out that value included "Trade Tax Savings" so was surprised in finance when the actual trade in was different. Bought a hybrid and the gas tank was full but the battery was completely dead. It took 15 hours to charge it when I got home. Salesman saw something in the back seat and told me it was a level 2 charger. Found out a week later when I tried to get it installed that it was a power outlet I could plug into the battery. There was a line item on the sales slip for $1,000 labeled "Other". Asked what that was for and didn't really get an answer. I probably should have stepped away and paused but didn't. Shame on me. More

Service department is terrible. Made an appointment a month out and then brought in the truck to get serviced on the appointment date. dropped it off on Thursday morning Friday aft Made an appointment a month out and then brought in the truck to get serviced on the appointment date. dropped it off on Thursday morning Friday afternoon I went by to check on it and they haven’t even looked at it. The manager asked me why I thought it was going to get looked at, and I told him because I set up an appointment. What is the purpose of setting up an appointment? they didn’t even bother to call me Thursday to let me know they weren’t going to get to it, it’s a company truck and I need it for work. I told him just to give me the keys and I left. I would not recommend for service. More

Royce, Joe, and everyone we talked to were wonderful!! They delivered the truck to us, and after delivery we found a few small issues, Neal in service took the truck in, gave us a rental car and had the truck brought back to us 3 days later with every problem fixed perfectly and they had the truck cleaned again! We couldn't recommend Troncalli enough! Great place to buy a car! More
