After servicing our 2021 GLE 450, we decided to trade it in for a 2023 GLE 450. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Our service advisor, Matthew, was fantastic! And everyone that assisted in for a 2023 GLE 450. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Our service advisor, Matthew, was fantastic! And everyone that assisted us with the trade-in was phenomenal. We highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Cary! My experience with Mercedes Benz of Cary, Bob McGuire and the people within its walls was nothing else but great. From the service reps assisting me when I needed work done on my old car and the sales reps a the people within its walls was nothing else but great. From the service reps assisting me when I needed work done on my old car and the sales reps aiding me in finding a new car that suited my wants in quality and price. They didn’t force anything upon me and let me shop around. Once I found a car that I loved they took their time to detail and prepare it upon pick up and it speaks volumes on their culture and establishment. More

I can only speak for their used car department and service department. Used car sales department justifies the term “used car salesman “. They will tell you anything to sell the car. My car was adv service department. Used car sales department justifies the term “used car salesman “. They will tell you anything to sell the car. My car was advertised as being “Professionally Detailed”, this was an outright lie. The car wash the even waxed or vacuumed out. Items listed in the advertisement weren’t even working. I asked for service records and was told “sure we’ll get these for you. And nothing. The service department is just as bad. I tried to call, email and schedule on-line to get an oil change, transmission flush and tune-up three weeks before I picked the car up and NEVER even got a return call. Pass on this dealership. More

My husband, & I purchased our 7th MB from MB of Cary last week. Our buying experience was again made exceptional by our salesman, Bob McGuire! He is definitely a “people person” with an impeccable knowledge week. Our buying experience was again made exceptional by our salesman, Bob McGuire! He is definitely a “people person” with an impeccable knowledge of Mercedes Benz, & its history. We find Bob to be a breath of fresh air, especially following this pandemic! Also, a “shout out” to Neil Chance for assisting in our great experience. In actuality, I took my 16 GLC 300 Designo in for service. Our Service Adviser, Heidi is absolutely the best & is also extremely knowledgeable with service pertaining to MB. However, I left in a newly purchased GLE 350, with Jonathan Glass assisting in the Finance Dept. He was quick, but thorough in all areas of MB Financial. We have owned 10 MB, but as previously stated, have purchased 7 from MB of Cary over the past 9-10 years! Hopefully, our positive buying experiences will resonate throughout your dealership, & with past, present, & future clients! We most definitely will return to MB of Cary for sales, & service. Job well done, all!!! More

I purchased my very first Mercedes-Benz from Bert Bowers and had such a great experience. Bert was so friendly, personable, and patient with my indecisiveness. Both Bert and the GM Neil worked really hard t and had such a great experience. Bert was so friendly, personable, and patient with my indecisiveness. Both Bert and the GM Neil worked really hard to make sure I was in the perfect car with all the bells and whistles I requested. John Womack finished up the transaction by walking me through how to work all the tech in my car and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely come back to Bert for my next lease! More

SL 550 Purchase I was looking for a Porsche 911 (2013-2015) to purchase and wanted to contrast that to a new car that I might purchase. I went to the Cary MB dealersh I was looking for a Porsche 911 (2013-2015) to purchase and wanted to contrast that to a new car that I might purchase. I went to the Cary MB dealership to look at a specific 2019 E-class that might work. He showed me an upgraded car with a lower price that I should consider. Drove the car and it was good. Two days later I brought my wife in to look at the car. We were talking and I asked Harry to give us a moment and he immediately did. We then left the dealership to go look at the 911. The 911 didn't resonate but we found out a 2016 SL-550 with 4,100 miles was at the Cary location in our price range. We went back to the Cary MB dealership and Harry presented the car to us. We didn't purchase that day but did come back on Monday to buy the car. I applaud Harry's patience and understanding that I was after the driving experience rather that bells and whistles. In the end, I couldn't be happier with Cary MB, the GM (Neil Chance) , and Harry in particular for the purchase. I also highly recommend Jim for services. I have been going to this location for services on my 2000 E class for 20 years. It's still humming along. More

Helped us to make right a choice in choosing the vehicle and we did not have chance to bargain with him, as he gave very good price to start with. No dramas, no gimmicks. Just amazing experience with Bob and this Benz at Cary location. We recommend Bob very highly. Another, off note thing is, he is so good with the kids in entertaining them, giving them that little attention, so they gave us time to discuss in decision making. Thank you Bob. More

Great Service! Luxury Experience! It was a great experience working with Donna ! She helped me exactly what I need interms of choosing the model of the car to the price range I wanted. She was always be in touch with me to get all the info I needed the most and made me to buy the car for a great deal. William was wonderful as well. He made the paperwork too easy even there was few issues regarding my credit report. Neil came up with a negotiated price and get the deal done. Thanks to all you guys for getting me the car.
