When it came time to purchase another vehicle, the Holiday website was my choise. I found what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was greeted by Matthew Claus. His immediate matterize gave me the sense that he was a down to earth guy. I told him which vehicle interested me and he pulled it from the lot to the front door. There he went thru the features in a positive matter and we took it for a test drive. As I was driving I was asking questions and he explained them from the pros and cons, to why and why nots of features. He was educating me in a way I felt I could ask anything and not feel stupid. Ultimately, this vehicle was the one. Its been over 10 years since we purchased a vehicle so going thru all options of paper work was PAINLESS. Matt is a true human being that gave us the best deal possible that would work for us. Ben Wempner in finance was just as friendly and helpful. PAINLESS!
