I picked up a 2025 Miata yesterday. What a great experience and what a great salesperson (Neal Simon) and finance person (Karlie). Neal helped me understand what model and options I wanted, and once I made a decision on all the details, he found the exact car I wanted (at another dealer some distance away), got it to Hamilton Mazda, and delivered it to me at a reasonable price within 24 hours. Neal even found a rebate that I qualified for that I would not have known about. The delivery process could not have been smoother... the car was all prepped when I arrived, I flew through the financing process (Karlie had all the paperwork prepared accurately and there were no high pressure tactics trying to sell extended warranties, paint sealant, etc.), received a tutorial on the car, and was on my way home in under an hour. If you need a Mazda, make sure you contact Neal at Hamilton Mazda. This was my second purchase from him, probably at least my 20th car purchase, and I can not imagine anyone doing a better job. If only other dealerships and salespeople were like this. More

Hamilton Mazda incorporates numerous fees within their contracts that are often absent at other dealerships. We encountered a substantial document fee of $600, in addition to an unnecessary charge of $400 contracts that are often absent at other dealerships. We encountered a substantial document fee of $600, in addition to an unnecessary charge of $400 for the installation of a brake light safety device. We were informed that this device was standard on all vehicles sold at this dealership. They present an attractive invoice price and a loyalty reward, only to later diminish the savings through various fees. Despite having scheduled an appointment with our salesperson, he did not allocate sufficient time for us. We perceived him as unmotivated, apathetic, and self-centered. This salesperson demonstrated a significant deficiency in customer service. When we expressed interest in exploring additional vehicles and color options, he merely gestured towards the back lot where the other cars were located. He instructed us to call him on the phone, promising to bring a key to us, but did not once offer us any refreshments, such as water, despite the heat of the day—a first in our experience of purchasing a new car. At one point, he vanished for 20 minutes, forcing me to seek assistance elsewhere for the questions I had. While we were seated at his desk, he took a phone call from his wife and boasted about the number of cars he had sold that day. We perceived the phone call as highly unprofessional and lacking in sophistication, especially considering the caliber of his two prospective buyers. The sole positive aspect of our experience was the cordiality of the finance officer. She was amiable, attentively listened, and responded to each inquiry with both competence and assurance. More

Mike was able to assist me right when I entered the dealership, with discussing of my preferences with their availability in their inventory, and availability of thee test drive without any prior appoi dealership, with discussing of my preferences with their availability in their inventory, and availability of thee test drive without any prior appointment and understanding the full capabilities of the Mazda3 2.5 S Preferred and driving home with a new car the same day. I was fortunate enough to find my preferences and could be able to get a perfect price on the car. I’m excited to see how this car performs in the coming months and understand its complete capability. I would recommend and would say that is worth giving their time to explore cars from Hamilton Mazda, and I’m sure you will find your preferences for the best deal. More
