To get things out of the way, buying a car is just going to suck in general but Ira Mazda makes it chill and very clear. Each associate tries to be as transparent as they can but it's still up to the consumer to be able to make their own informed decision at the end of the day. The facilities are clean, nice, and comfortable. Even though I spent all day there waiting to buy the car (they were swamped) the time I spent was productive and got me in my new car pretty fast. I had a registration issue but was taken care of by Jamahl and the rest of the team. They managed to keep their promise and get me in my car the day I needed it. Keep up the great work! More
