Nathan is a great salesman, who made this process very easy and smooth. Very communicative and informative. He was great to get to know and very transparent about the cost and process. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Heritage Ford. I was able to make an appointment and get right in the next day to meet with Nathan. He had the vehicle I was interested in ready f at Heritage Ford. I was able to make an appointment and get right in the next day to meet with Nathan. He had the vehicle I was interested in ready for the test drive and was extremely understanding to my lack of knowledge on newer vehicles as someone who had owned their current vehicle for nearly 10 years. I was also trading in a vehicle which I thought would complicate the process, but they were able to “appraise” the vehicle and give me a fair trade-in price within a half hour. The dreaded financing process came next- with their great rebates, flexible lease terms and my fair trade-in value, I didn’t see any need to negotiate. They drew up the paper work and then I was able to sit with one of the finance managers, Theresa, to sign the paperwork they had drafted. Theresa went over the paperwork in terms the average person can understand and she was very knowledgeable about all of the extra options available for the lease without at all trying to push those products. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, I was there for a total of 3 hours, which to me, seemed like record time and something I valued. Both Nathan and Theresa were straight to the point and genuinely cared about the customer experience. I had financed two seperate vehicles at another dealership prior to ending up at Ford for this new vehicle and I will not be going anywhere else any time soon! More
