Nathan kept we updated every couple of weeks as to the status of the truck order. Once it did come in, the process to finalize the order was so smooth. Theresa in the finance office went over my options for additional equipment (like a bedliner and undercoating) and extended warranties. She was informative, but not pushy at all. A great experience from start to finish. As the commercial goes, "Ford has great heritage and Heritage has great Fords." More
