The dealership took 8 days to get our car to us, stating that they needed to put new tires on it. While we appreciate the tires, there was no excuse when there are 12 tires stores within a 10 mile radius. that they needed to put new tires on it. First experience buying a car here, everyone was so nice and very helpful to find what I wanted. Luckily they had a car that was exactly what I liked and I got it! I spoke with the sales manager and even th and very helpful to find what I wanted. Luckily they had a car that was exactly what I liked and I got it! I spoke with the sales manager and even the general manager and a few different sales people during my visits, and it feels like they’ve known you for years anytime you talk to them. Super friendly environment. Also very straightforward buying process, they looked up what I wanted and brought it around, showed me all the features and options it had, and once I agreed to buy it it took less than a week to get plates and registration done, next thing I know I’m driving it home. Been driving it for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. 10/10 experience, 10/10 employees, 10/10 communication. If you’re looking to buy a BMW look no further. More
