This dealership was amazing from the time we walked in!! It was a crazy mad house in there and Robert in finance came out of his office to assure us someone would be right with us. We had an appointment to test drive a jeep, loved it. Then there was Nathan he was so awesome, we decided we couldn’t do the deal and he was very understanding. Then Wednesday the jeep was still available, Nathan texted me and he did everything he could to get us in the jeep for where we had to be. We closed the deal with Chuck, he was so nice and pleasant I can’t remember the finance guys name that we did our paperwork but he was also great. We love our jeep!! We did have to go to St. Peter’s location the next day and they were also amazing!! I believe it was Bob that helped us so a huge thank you to you too!!! I will definitely recommend you guys!! Wonderful car buying experience Ray Clancy helped us with the purchase of a used car for my daughter. While this was not her first car, it was her first car loan and a great learni Ray Clancy helped us with the purchase of a used car for my daughter. While this was not her first car, it was her first car loan and a great learning experience too. Ray explained every step along the way and guided us on what needed to be done. He coordinated with his Sales Manager and got everything accomplished. Everyone we dealt with including Ray, from the Sales Managers to the Finance person provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and helped us to get the process completed. There was a minor problem with the car but they bent over backward to get us on the road and get the car repaired. The repair was a minor problem and was fixed by their Ford dealer. We were so happy with their customer service and their skills in selling a vehicle we went to another Lou Fusz Dealership to purchase another car! More

My wife and I had made the decision about 10 months ago, that after a new job and a little more income, it was time to make our first NEW vehicle purc My wife and I had made the decision about 10 months ago, that after a new job and a little more income, it was time to make our first NEW vehicle purchase. I am not the researcher...that's my wife's department...and she is darn good at it and VERY thorough. We must have visited about 20+ dealerships and test driven about 30 different vehicles before finally deciding that the Subaru Outback was going to be our new car. Once the decision was made, we visited another Subaru dealership in the metro area...and let's just say that the experience there didn't inspire much confidence. We felt that we were being given the run-around...deals were advertised that they didn't seem to want to honor...high-pressure sales...everything you'd expect from a bad car dealership experience in a sitcom. Needless to say, the wind had been taken out of our sails just a bit until my parents suggested Lou Fusz Subaru in Creve Coeur. As a matter of fact, upon further investigation, my dad had bought a few vehicles from their Sales Manager, John Malloy, in the past. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by their Sales Manager and General Manager. They referred us to one of their Sales Associates, Hunter Jackson, who was SUPER friendly, very knowledgeable and so easy-going. Hunter really made the whole experience a joy. The car we were looking at over at the other dealership was a 2018 Subaru Outback, but guess what? Our experience was SO great and the deal was SO good that we ended up going for the BRAND NEW 2019 model instead. From the moment we arrived, until present day, we have felt like we're a part of a family. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's 100% true! Even when I went in to get some parts added on recently, John and Hunter greeted me with handshakes and conversation while I waited. It's a rare quality these days to find any service-based business that remembers your name, much less cares to catch up when you drop by. Oh...and the vehicle? It's a Subaru Outback! It's awesome!!! Deciding to pay a visit to Lou Fusz Subaru in Creve Coeur has made my wife and I Lou Fusz customers for the foreseeable future. This is EXACTLY what buying a new vehicle should feel like. More
