I have been an Audi driver for over 15 years, and this was my first time working with Audi Burlington- and I'm SO glad I did!! I was greeted by and worked with Nate Partridge, and he was truly the best! Despite being used to the process of starting a new lease, it always feels like a stressful process. This time, from test drives to leaving with the car, Nate helped to streamline everything so efficiently and seamlessly and he cared about making sure it wasn't so stressful for me. Everyone who I interacted with there - from saying hello and chatting, to giving my dog treats, they were all so very nice! Laurie made the financial part smooth, and she was such a lovely person!
