I leased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Salesman gave me q quote on the price out the door. Asked him does it include sales tax, registration , etc. He said absolutely . When I headed to Salesman gave me q quote on the price out the door. Asked him does it include sales tax, registration , etc. He said absolutely . When I headed to finance, they gave me a different quote. Asked why. The finance rep told me sales tax, etc was not included. She said she will speak to the salesman. Strike 1. It had less than 550 miles and battery died. Strike 2. When I leased the vehicle the salesman couldn’t find the 2nd key. I was promised the 2nd key. I was on the phone transferred 5 times and then the call dropped. Strike 3. Never got the general manager so I don’t know what I can do. I’ll have to drive up there. The salesman that assisted on the lease no longer works there. I’m frustrated and cannot get management to address this issue. Very disturbed. More

A big thanks to Kurt Bierek for smoothly coordinating the handover of my new car keys in Nathan's absence. Car interiors were not cleaned during handover which was the only bad experience I had. More

Worked the deal out over the phone, was clear I wanted to view the car and purchase when I came in. Rate was not what was discussed and took an hour to get there, almost called the deal dead as I wasn’t goin view the car and purchase when I came in.
