The car I was interested in was parked out the door and ready to be test driven. Prior to our drive Nathan answered all my questions, explained all the systems and how the hybrid system worked. My son test drove the car at the track and really liked the way it handled. Nathan was patient and answered all his questions, then introduced us to his sales manager Bobby, who greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. Nathan then walked us to Igor the finance manger who walked us through some options, again never pressuring us to buy anything. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and I was glad my son was with me to experience the level of professionalism these gentlemen displayed. I would not hesitate in recommending any of my friends, family, or clients to tis dealership. They are the best. More

Was able to test drive the vehicle on the nearby test track; where I got a good feel with the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Not once I felt like time was being wasted, each step was shown as necessary to get me on my way in my newly purchased vehicle. At Toyota, there is a team you work with, not just one individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The car I was looking at was still being build but Nathan took the time to let me test drive a similar model and to answer my questions. He then kept me in the loop as to the status of my car until the day I was able to come back to the dealership and complete the sale. Mike took the time to go over addons and accessories and Zeke patiently walked me through the financing. I am very grateful to everyone I add the opportunity to interact with.
