Staff was nice but a bit inaccurate in the information given. Bought a car that’s less than 2 years old and wasn’t told until I was taking delivery it only had one key. This is our second time purchasing from Premier KIA in Branford ( 8 years apart) We were very lucky and fortunate with our first Sorento so we went back for another one. Same car, same dealership and very Branford ( 8 years apart) We were very lucky and fortunate with our first Sorento so we went back for another one. Same car, same dealership and very happy that we were able to have Nate help us out once again! He makes purchasing a car easy and is friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and in less than 12 hours, we test drove, made a decision with Nate's help, paperwork was signed and car ready the next morning! And Owen helped with all the technical options that the car came with, he made sure we were fully connected to the car and no issues before we pulled away. Best experience, again!! More
