Buying the vehicle was great but it has been 3 weeks now and still no title or paperwork to pay sales tax or to get plates. Called finance department but still no paperwork and i paid cash. Getting real ups and still no title or paperwork to pay sales tax or to get plates. Called finance department but still no paperwork and i paid cash. Getting real upset by now . Might have to consult a lawyer to get resolved. A one star on getting paperwork. More

Sales person and finance guy were not on same page about acceptable payment for down payment. At first I was told a Perosnal check would be acceptable. Then at the last second I was told it had to be a cash acceptable payment for down payment. At first I was told a Perosnal check would be acceptable. Then at the last second I was told it had to be a cashiers check. I had to wait for to speak with the finance guy for 30 to 45 minutes with a crying baby when information could just have been emailed to me. More

From the time I walked into the dealership till the time I took possession of the vehicle I purchased, I never felt pressured or hurried into buying something I didn’t want.
