I also assumed this process would be arduous and tedious, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was relieved to have Nathan and Carlos be flexible and honest regarding the numbers. They gave me the facts and figures, no xx, and I felt ZERO pressure. This was a huge relief and made all the difference in my experience. Lastly, I wanted to give a special thank you to Nathan. Nathan is young and recently started his career at VW as a salesman. He is articulate, caring, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Nathan “salesman”, Carlos “sales manager”, and Alex “finance manager” were so great to work with. We will absolutely be sending friends and family to niello Vw for their future vehicle purchases.
