Came into town for my grandma funeral and my truck(2024 Dodge 2500 30,000 miles) started acting up so I limped into the dealership and asked them to run a diagnostic test and was told since I didn’t have a Dodge 2500 30,000 miles) started acting up so I limped into the dealership and asked them to run a diagnostic test and was told since I didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t help me and to take it down the road. They couldn’t take 2 min out of there day to run a test that takes seconds to do to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle while there were three employees just sitting around looking at each other. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and do not recommend doing business with these people or that dealership!!!!!!!! More

Service department has a huge lack of communication with customers. Service was not completed at promised time or the day after. I was charged more then agreed amount. I had to have my vehicle towed to ano customers. Service was not completed at promised time or the day after. I was charged more then agreed amount. I had to have my vehicle towed to another shop in pieces. Nathan even told me he wasn't going to release the vehicle to the tow truck I sent to pick up the vehicle. He was extremely rude and did not want to explain the diagnostic. Even though I paid for a diagnostic, I still don't know the cause of the pin to be burnt. See invoice sent. Also- why should I be charged over $3k for a small pin connector. Ridiculous! More
