I got the sense he didn’t like me but regardless his behavior Was not professional! It has created some animosity on my part towards the car and your dealership. Other than Mr Butler , everyone else seemed to be friendly and accommodating. By the way, the technical questions that I had which Butler wouldn’t call back to answer me where answered by Corporate customer Service. I will probably do my maintenance service at another dealership More
