Wanted to thank Nathan for getting my Silverado Clijet from being able to drop it off a day before (Wednesday) to getting me a courtesy vehicle so it would aloud me to be able to still take care of other from being able to drop it off a day before (Wednesday) to getting me a courtesy vehicle so it would aloud me to be able to still take care of other commitments behind the scenes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR WORK! ! Misdiagnosed two warranty claims. Service writer didn't do his job, mechanic stated different things than that which was on the invoice sheet, servi ! Misdiagnosed two warranty claims. Service writer didn't do his job, mechanic stated different things than that which was on the invoice sheet, service writer lied about submitting claims to warranty company. For the job to be done right, I had to replace parts that they stated were bad (which they weren't) only for them to finally diagnosis it right, for them to replace the thing that was originally bad. Tried to get them to reimburse me for some of the over $1000.00 dollars that I had to put out for them to replace the part that was originally wrong, only for them to offer me store credit for less than half of what I put out. Luckily, I had some sort of mechanically experience. If this would have happened to someone with little to no experience, they would have shelled out thousands of dollars that didn't need to be spent.
