Even after scheduling an appointment the dealer didn't know who we were, what car we were looking for and we felt very disconnected from them, so we looked around and gave Royal Moore Toyota a try, Jessie Polk was a salesman, he felt more relaxed, open, friendly and very easy to talk to. He made us comfortable and laugh many times and we ended up buying our car from him, then we went to financing and the financial manager Nate Taylor worked really hard to make the payments the way I wanted it to be. Friendly professional sales team and great service I'm new to the area and visited several dealers before Royal Moore Toyota. I was glad I made it there where Jessie Polk, my salesman, listened to what I'm new to the area and visited several dealers before Royal Moore Toyota. I was glad I made it there where Jessie Polk, my salesman, listened to what I had in mind and found several cars in my price range that met my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the new Prius, and made numerous suggestions to help me decide which car to buy. We'd already discussed price and I was pleasantly surprised when the final monthly cost was lower than expected. We then went through all the paperwork with their financial team. They walked me through the typical options without pressure, and we finalized everything in a few minutes. When we were done, Jessie showed me all of the manuals, introduced me to the service staff, and then helped me navigate all of the high tech features, including pairing my iPhone to my new car. Overall it was an easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Royal Moore. More

Loving My Car They helped me trade in my lease for an excellent vehicle. I test drove multiple cars and Deb was so patient with me. Not exactly planning to buy until sometime this spring. Saturday, we had a little time and decided to run into town and test drive some midsize trucks... as we parked our little Subaru in the lot of Royal Moore Toyota, out walks Jesse. Leaning up against the building all nonchalant like he wasn't actually waiting to 'pounce' on us potential customers...LOL. Jason and I kind of laughed about that, But Jesse didn't 'pounce', he just listened. We explained to him why we were there ('just to look') and what we wanted to test drive. He immediately took us to our truck...for a 'test drive'. Jesse was very personable and knowledgeable about our new truck, he was able to quickly pick up on our needs and direct us in the right direction. We, at no time felt pressured to buy, we were presented with exactly what we wanted, so why wait! We absolutely LOVE our new truck! The whole process was quick and painless. We planned on being home by 8:00, after our test drives, we where home by 10:00 with this beautiful new truck! More

He was knowledgeable, engaging, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable about going forward with the search for the right car. Nick Lee joined us and was equally informative, researching the location of a car we wanted and establishing a price that was reasonable to us. Nick responded to phone calls, texts and emails promptly. When we arrived to finalize the purchase of the car, both Aws and Nick were thorough in explaining the details of the purchase and in answering our questions. One of them was always with us during the process so we didn't feel like we were sitting around wondering what would happen next. I would give them both 5 stars for making this purchase a 5 star experience. Our time with Nate Taylor of Finance was brief since we didn't finance the car, but was equally excellent and welcoming.
