Easy car buying experience! I went to Royal Moore Toyota because the lease on my Toyota Corolla was ending and I wanted to discuss my options. I was open to the idea of getting an AWD car and Michael talked to me about the various new and pre-certified cars that were available. I was interested in a pre-certified Mazda CX5 and we took it out for a test-drive. I ended up getting the car and Michael and the rest of the team at Royal Moore made sure that the entire experience was quick and smooth. While I was busy with all the paperwork, Michael made sure that the car was washed and ready! Michael also stayed late to show me all the features on my new car. He was easy to work with and very customer oriented! I highly recommend Michael and Royal Moore Toyota! More

How to buy a nicer car than you ever dreamed of buying! I walked into Royal Moore Toyota feeling a bit dubious after a 62 mile drive but all that soon changed. We had talked to Jesse earlier and he met us I walked into Royal Moore Toyota feeling a bit dubious after a 62 mile drive but all that soon changed. We had talked to Jesse earlier and he met us as we got out of our van and there was the Highlander XLE sitting ready for us to drive off for our test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and went over things very thoroughly before we left the lot. He paid close attention to our questions and made us comfortable. Then came the dreaded dealing routine. He got to the point of what we wanted and presented it to Nick. Nick is very good at his job, the next thing we knew we were test driving a Limited Platinum and we were well on our way to purchasing the vehicle we never dreamed of owning. He was very efficient and to the point(very important in my book, no messing around). After a few minor details which both Jesse and Nick took care of we were sitting at Nates desk. Deal was done! Kind, Honest Folks I found Royal Moore through an odd chain of events. The dealership is actually an hour away from my house. But, when I met Ray & Paul in service, I kn I found Royal Moore through an odd chain of events. The dealership is actually an hour away from my house. But, when I met Ray & Paul in service, I knew I was in good hands. They both worked immediately and extensively to fix my vehicle. Sadly, there was no fixing of my beloved Highlander, so it was time for a new car. The experience was wonderful; hassle-free and timely. Michael took time to get to know me as a person, not a customer and asking questions about my needs. We drove around the lots and chatted about what vehicle was right for me. We found it. It was a great price, and precisely what I needed. It was a previously owned, and was in excellent condition. It's clear that Royal Moore takes reliable cars in for trade; it was so clean and sparkly, that I was surprised there was no "new car smell". Throughout the entire process, everyone was straight forward and helpful; they answered all my questions patiently and then re-answered them. When the keys were handed over to me, Michael did an equipment demonstration with me, showing me how to work all the great features of my new vehicle. I feel like with the crew over there that I've made 3 new best friends. They will have my loyal service for years to come. More
