My wife and I knew what we wanted going into this dealership so we really didn’t need to be sold on anything, but our representative, Norgen, was very My wife and I knew what we wanted going into this dealership so we really didn’t need to be sold on anything, but our representative, Norgen, was very pleasant to work with. The car itself was very clean compared to other places we test drove cars and the waiting area was comfortable. This later part is rather important when trying to buy a car b/c you spend so much time sitting and waiting for counter offers during negotiations. The whole process is unavoidably overwhelming wherever you go, but at least here the environment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Norgen was calm, patient, and didn’t pressure us to purchase at all, which we appreciated. Our only disappointment was that this dealership, unlike another we considered purchasing through, did not offer a warranty package that we could afford. In conclusion, we’re happy to be new Prius owners and hope this car will serve us and the environment well! More

The specific package I was looking for was not available and they had to order it. There was a vehicle matching my description 300 miles away but the obliged me by ordering a new one. This is the 3rd new vehicle we purchased from Royal Moore and we have been very happy with them (Wife loves her Subaru). Specifically want to thank Nate Taylor for getting me a screaming finance rate, thank Nick Lee for putting up with my inflexibility and Jordan for showing me the features of the car in detail, including operating tips and suggestions. Great experience My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a new car, so I wasn't fully sure on the process, but I knew what type of car I wanted. My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a new car, so I wasn't fully sure on the process, but I knew what type of car I wanted. Henry was my salesman, and answered all the questions that were asked and was very helpful with everything. When the car I wanted to look at wasn't available, he showed me other possible options. When my uncle who was with me, told me about a black Mazda 6 for sale in the Mazda parking lot, Henry took me to the Mazda lot and let me test drive it. He was very patient and worked with what I was looking for. Both Henry and Nate were friendly and did a great job, I am in love with my Mazda 6 purchase, and very very happy with my experience overall. More
