The sales department was easy to work with. I did not like the service advisor. The service manager was good too. I was given a warranty that didn’t cover the things that broke on the car, but I did not like the service advisor. The service manager was good too. I was given a warranty that didn’t cover the things that broke on the car, but the finance guy, Ryan, agreed to pay for the labor if I paid for the part. I ended up just taking the vehicle and will fix it at home. The other service advisor I spoke with took my payment for the diagnosis fees. Not sure I’ll ever go back if I have to deal with the other woman. Overall, not the best experience but it could’ve been worse. More

Problems with the vehicle not presented during sale, salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and trans salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and transmission issues during reverse and drive. They did have their maintenance take a look and they could not "recreate" the issue but it is still very apparent regardless of their lack of diagnosis. I've felt as though they have treated me as ignorant, thinking I'm uninformed of mechanics. I have voiced my concerns and have yet to get any response. My Google review reflects such treatment. More

My service rep Nate wasn’t in quite yet when I arrived, but when he did he did such an amazing job. I actually only book service work through him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent service! Drive all the way from Janesville to have the work done because of the previous service I received a few years ago. We have a cabin in New Auburn. The Jeep was even cleaned throughout afterwards. Nate was great to work with and another employee who worked after hours picked up a huge duffle bag, a Yeti backpack cooler and a box that he noticed I. The parking lot. It was mine!! I thought it got put in my jeep when I transferred vehicles. He picked it up and called it in so when I called and asked about it Nate knew to tell me it was there. My husband picked it all up 2 days later. That is HONEST, and I appreciate that employee VERY VERY much. I’ll be back, when we’re ready to by a new jeep! I live the one I have to much to get rid of it yet. Thank you, Karla Storlid More
