I special ordered a 2025 NX350 from salesman Nate Hopson in November, 2024. Before it was delivered, we had a health issue in the family and decided that it wasn't the best time to purchase a new car. We in November, 2024. We decided to cancel the order and forfeit the $1000 non-refundable earnest money deposit. Because we have purchased several vehicles from Nate in the past, he worked with his management to authorize the return of our deposit money.
