Seems clean & friendly. All the staff seems willing to help & are cordial. Only interacted w/ sales/business office. Originally placed a phone order w/ Brandon(?) but had All the staff seems willing to help & are cordial. Only interacted w/ sales/business office. Originally placed a phone order w/ Brandon(?) but had no real interaction. He was kind enough to send me a text that this vehicle was available. He was out of town but handed me off to his colleague, Nate. Nate was a tremendous help & extremely knowledgeable sales manager. He accommodated all of my “hurdles” w/ the test drive & EV explanations. He kept reiterating the key points & slowly methodically showed me every nuance of the car, including the use of the ChargePoint & Hyundai personal apps - taking the time to check my login & confirm my status w/ each tool. He was very pleasant via text, email, phone - always diligent & timely w/ his follow-ups. I would buy a car from Nate (again), which is the key goal of a dealership - so, Nate did an excellent job as an ambassador for Hyundai Autos and/or Bloomington Hyundai as a dealership. The person in business office spoke too quick for me to grasp everything. I realize he was busy, but I was too rushed to make a decision re service agreements/coverage & my lack of clarity likely cost you an add-on sale. Sorry. More
