They admitted the mechanic overlooked the problem with the sway or stabilizer bar and they got me in at my convenience and took care of the repair. I hate that I have to keep going back to get things done, but once they knew what happened they got right on it. I do appreciate that. More

I explained that it worked fine until my wiper motor went out. So although they assured me it needed replaced (200-300 dollars) I chose not to. I did have the wiper motor replaced and surprise- the cruise control began working as soon as I pulled off the lot. I don't know why they didn't know that would happen. I dropped the car off on Tuesday with a list of issues-oil change, 120000 mile check up, ABS and hill assist lights coming on randomly and a clunking noise in the rear when I turn. I had to wait for the part for the ABS sensor. So when service called to inform me I reiterated the suspension issue. I was assured they found nothing. I got a call back Friday letting me know I could pick up the vehicle. I no more than pulled out of their drive (my ride having already left) and the clunking was still there. I drove home in hopes I was making something out of nothing. Finally after doing a little more driving I was convinced I still had an issue and took a visual inspection myself. I could clearly see that something was not right on the right rear suspension. The connection for the stabilizer bar was about to break off. I am leaving town on Thursday and I can only imagine what would have happened had that broken off at 70 mph on the highway. I feel that the techs simply hook up the car to the computer and get their codes and never even look at what they are doing anymore. I have bought two vehicles from Lubbers and done all my services for the last 10 years there and you all know it is a drive to do so. I am very seriously thinking that I won't be back. More

Bought a brand new truck from Lubbers and when I needed some warranty work done, the very unfriendly service department told me it was normal and didn't need repaired. So I went to another Ford dealership some warranty work done, the very unfriendly service department told me it was normal and didn't need repaired. So I went to another Ford dealership and they, and Ford, said it needed repaired under warranty, so they ordered the part and scheduled the repair. More

Best and easiest deal yet! I'm 70 years old and as such have purchased a lot of new and used vehicles in my life. I have done business with the Lubbers boys since I was in high I'm 70 years old and as such have purchased a lot of new and used vehicles in my life. I have done business with the Lubbers boys since I was in high school, when they were in the auto parts and speed parts business.Although that generation is mostly in the background now, all but one of them are still very much active in the business and have passed the high values that they had back in the 60s and 70s { before the turn of the century} on to the next generations of family ,and employees.. I just purchased a 2020 Silverado from Mark Lubbers, and he, and Billy Lubbers gave me one of the best and easiest deals I have ever had on a vehicle. I had a large Wichita dealership approach me about a new pickup and I looked at their deal then went to Lubbers and ended up getting a much better deal. Also Chris Buckles handled the paperwork in record time and had me on the road in nothing flat. Service and parts departments have always held the same values which is why I keep coming back. Thank you Lubbers. More
