Worst experience EVER. Robert Mendoza of Audi San Diego quoted my daughter $290 for an OIL CHANGE. When my daughter asked why, he said, "We charge by the hour." Other dealers in the area charge $99. It wa quoted my daughter $290 for an OIL CHANGE. When my daughter asked why, he said, "We charge by the hour." Other dealers in the area charge $99. It was her first time bringing her new car in for service. I have called and called and left messages and no one in the Service Dept. will speak to me. I finally called the Sales Dept. and spoke to Natasha Fulton. She said she thought it sounded like a lot for an oil change. She said she would try to intervene. She sent my concern over to Service Manager, Julie Andresen, but Julie has not responded to my email or my voicemail. When I called Natasha back, she said that it was the correct price for the oil change. $290 is the correct price??? This happened on Saturday, May 29, 2021. It is now June 1 and no one is getting back to me. I am not going to let this go. They ripped my daughter off. They know they did the wrong thing and that is why everyone is avoiding my calls. No one should pay $290 for an oil change. This is a prime example of price gouging and extremely bad customer service. More

Excellent service. I wanted to leave with a car same day and they made the process seamless. consistently disappointing The dealership/service center on MiraMar Road in San Diego fails to satisfy in both sales and service. After three years of using this dealership I fi The dealership/service center on MiraMar Road in San Diego fails to satisfy in both sales and service. After three years of using this dealership I find the leadership and/or practices used in the service department to be oddly below average. Even with an appointment service curstomers frequently wait for 30-45 min to drop off their car. I think the method used to process in-coming service customers is inefficient and the department probably also lacks effective leadership to implement improvement. Compared to the service at San Diego Mercedes, this Audi service department is pitiful. Likewise, sales is also lacking in good customer service. For example when I picked up my new etron , the battery was not charged. Why would I buy a vehicle with an electric option if I didn't want to use it? When I asked I was told the charging station is on the "other side" of the building and thus inconvenient for sales to use. The representatives were also poorly informed in general about the etron and gave incorrect information about charging. In fact, I returned later to the dealership to give them a lesson in how to charge the vehicle. Audi makes a quality car but if you buy, lease, or service one I suggest trying another dealership. I am glad I don't have to use this dealership anymore. More

The Quality difference between American and German Audi dealerships is unbelievable and this dealer is a prime example for it. It starts with dealers not replying calls or emails, even a message to the ma dealerships is unbelievable and this dealer is a prime example for it. It starts with dealers not replying calls or emails, even a message to the manager didn’t help. A complete disconnect and no follow up with the internet sales agents adds to it. In addition, Many things spoken about forgotten or simply ignored. Do you know the feeling when you pick up your dream car you always thought about and the dealership tells you it’s in great condition since it’s new? Then on the day you go pick it up and it is dirty and badly detailed? Caps on air vents missing, sticker parts still on the rims, things missing in the trunk, the 12V cap missing? On top of that, and here is where it gets funny: I asked for the 12V cap, the dude told me it’s normal he’ll get me one they have tons. And he comes back with a cheap plastic one that doesn’t even fit right. I couldn’t stop laughing about this. Just to remind you I bought an RS not a standard A model. It’s a great feeling that immediately makes you not want to get the car because the feeling of care for you lacks. Anyways I went ahead, have the car now for 4 days and have to already schedule an appointment because the wheels aren’t balanced properly. And the engine makes funny noises as if the v-belt isn’t working correctly. At this point I don’t recommend going to this dealership, I should have trusted my friends that had prior bad experiences.
