I have bought cars, from the original Subaru dealer in Mobile. They made you feel valued. The dealership that bought it from them sucked. Then Tameron bought the dealership, I bought a used Forester, t Mobile. They made you feel valued. The dealership that bought it from them sucked. Then Tameron bought the dealership, I bought a used Forester, the check engine light came on pretty much after leaving the lot. They provided a loaner, repaired the immediate issues. The management and staff are always pleasant. They have returned to valuing the customer and business. Reminds of why I was loyal to the original owner. I get friendly and quality service. If I have a question it is answered. More

I purchased a new Ascent through Subaru of Mobile. The next week Tameron took ownership. I’ve had a seemingly simple issue not uncommon to this vehicle. After four visits to service, it’s still not fi The next week Tameron took ownership. I’ve had a seemingly simple issue not uncommon to this vehicle. After four visits to service, it’s still not fixed. They refuse to provide keys until you’ve signed paperwork, but refuse to provide copies or an explanation of what is to be signed. The service manager assisted me at my third visit and was incredibly kind. The man who met me for my second and fourth visits was cold, rude, and altogether unhelpful. I drove an hour to get to this location only to waste more time, energy, and gas just to be treated poorly and the issue again go unrepaired. My purchase experience was wonderful, but everything after has been nothing short of a nightmare. More

Horrible service. I was told my lifetime oil changes that I was promised when I purchased the car was no longer valid. Will never do business with Subaru of mobile. More

If I could give a zero I would. Service has had my car a month and NO ONE.l especially Brittany will not return a call. Website is misleading. Requested a rental car for my service . Stated 40$ a day . When I get there it’s 65$ a day and they stated they really don’t have cars for rental ser Requested a rental car for my service . Stated 40$ a day . Now I’m stuck at dealership for hours when I had plans while car was in service . Also, I selected full detail since it was an option on website. Of course they don’t do that either. I mean why else can I expect from this service ? Pay for premium service and drive 45 minutes here to get subpar service. Didn’t help that I had to find someone to assist me More

Obviously being a loyal customer, we feel we have consistently been treated with respect and fairly no matter whether it was purchasing a Subaru or bringing one in for service. Koby's motto is, "It's all about you!" Denton Stanley, Danny Charpie, and Natalie Brown exemplify those words by putting them into action. The atmosphere of the dealership is one of friendliness and efficiency. Everyone who works there comes across as "wanting" to be there, like welcoming you into their home. Happy employees, who professionally, to the best of their ability, do their job, ultimately produce happy, satisfied, returning customers. More
