After meeting Nasira I didn't have to look any further!All sales Rep should know there products but Nasira is like no other. Nasira is also very efficient with her customer's time. After I found the car I wanted I had to wait on the Finance officer so we immediately moved all my stuff into the new car then we went over everything in th car and sync my phone. Then the car was washed and filled with gas! Once I finished with the finance officer I was out the door but this isn't the end of the story! Four days later I came back because I relize the mirror had damage that needed to be fixed . After Nasira and her boss looked at the car he determined that someone hit me because they have the pics of the car so I was really disappointed someone hit my mirror but Nasira responds was do we have the part in the back and the manager had the Tech find the part and gave it to me for free and i just had to pay the tech for installation! There wa no back and forth just a resolution to my problem. My next car will be purchased from Nasira at Infiniti of Gwinnett! For the cherry on top my trade in was paid in full and even though I had my own finance Infiniti gave me a lower rate!! Yes I am a happy customer!, More

I'm totally impressed Nasira was great!My wife and I were shopping for a new SUV.We originally went to Hennessy GMC because didn't really think an INFINITI would be afforda Nasira was great!My wife and I were shopping for a new SUV.We originally went to Hennessy GMC because didn't really think an INFINITI would be affordable.We filled out the paperwork at Hennessy and was told we would have a decision the next because we got there late.Ok,the next day no one called,2 days later still no call,3days later I called and was told I would get a call from the finance mngr.On Thursday morning,I got a call from Nasira of Infiniti of Gwinnett.I told her we were giving up but she insisted she could help and wanted me and my wife to come see her at the dealership.Once again,we filled out paperwork and was told a final decision will be made tomorrow.Things were so different with Nasira.She called to let me know she was just waiting for her manager to get in.Then she called just giving me updates and we should come back to the dealership.When we got there we were greeted and handled with care,shown around the dealership and handed us our keys to a brand new 2019 Qx60.Nasira is the best and Infiniti of Gwinnett,you rock!It was worth the drive from Covington.Nasira knows her product and was very easy to work with and I will definitely recommend her and Infiniti of Gwinnett.Excellent customer service,thanks.
