I was in the market for a new Honda and, after visiting two other dealers, identified one in stock at Safford Brown that had the features I desired. In fewer than two hours, I was shown the car, introduce two other dealers, identified one in stock at Safford Brown that had the features I desired. In fewer than two hours, I was shown the car, introduced to its features, test drove it to my satisfaction, negotiated a purchase price close to my initial offer, and completed the paperwork. The next morning I delivered a check and picked up the registration, the keys, and the freshly washed car. The process, led by Nasir Naziri, was efficient and built my trust in Safford Brown. More

I recently purchased a used 2020 HONDA Civic at Safford Brown Arlington. It was the first highly computerized auto I had ever purchased. At first everything was good until I received the error message tha Brown Arlington. It was the first highly computerized auto I had ever purchased. At first everything was good until I received the error message that the radar sensor was blocked I did not know that all other sensing systems on the car would not work as a result. I had assumed that the used car salesman had checked this car out, but apparently they had not done a complete inspection. They should have hooked this car up for a computerized analysis prior to selling it to me so they could have found the problem. So when I took the car to the service dept to get this corrected, they could not find out how to fix it. I was glum about this when the General Manager Steven Birdsong happened to walk by and asked me what was wrong. I explained the problem, and he immediately went to the service dept and took up the issue for me. The car was fixed the next day, and Mr. Birdsong even refunded the $900 I had paid for the first unsuccessful repair. Now the car is perfect and a pleasure to drive. Mr. Birdsong is a terrific GM, and took a personal interest in my situation. I had never experienced that and am very grateful to him. With managers like him, I would never think of buying a car anywhere else. Safford Brown Arlington has the best people, and they stand behind what they sell! This was a great experience in buying a used car. Great car, great people! More

They don’t back up their words My lease on my Honda CRV expired in January so I thought I would go with Brown’s Honda of Arlington. I received and accepted a new lease agreement for My lease on my Honda CRV expired in January so I thought I would go with Brown’s Honda of Arlington. I received and accepted a new lease agreement for a 2019 Honda H-RV with a statement from the salesman that the mileage from the previous lease would be waved. Imagine my surprise when Honda sends me a bill for over $700 for that excess mileage! When I contacted the sales department at Brown’s Honda to enquire why this bill was not paid I was told that Brown’s would not honor that agreement because the salesman made an error. This dealership’s policy,apparently, is that the customer is always wrong. They WILL NOT make amends for their mistakes. So, approach this dealership cautiously because you cannot take them by their word. I would give them no stars if I could. More
