I am an out-of-state buyer who found a car online. Upon arrival to the dealership, Greg was great to work with in person. He was professional, patient, and answered all questions that we had. Brandon handled the financial paperwork. He wasn't pushy, but provided us with options for coverage. The vehicle was perfectly described, and it was great getting there and being able to trust that the vehicle was as expected. We had a great buying experience and will use Crest Volvo in the future. More

Mr. Locke Reynolds exhibits outstanding inter-personnel skills in establishing a relationship with the customer. Finance Department is one of the most difficult areas in a dealership to establish a bond with the customer because they are promoting a non-tangible purchase item and the most important last impression a car buyer has in the buying experience when he walks out off that office!
