Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in October 2025 - 2023 Red Mercedes AMG GT63s. Process was okay besides the delay in agreed repairs (battery and bumper corrections), delay in delivery and the rear di 2023 Red Mercedes AMG GT63s. Process was okay besides the delay in agreed repairs (battery and bumper corrections), delay in delivery and the rear diffuser not being repaired because I was not specific enough in stating where the chip was (I stated the rear bumper was chipped to which the dealer stated the rear diffuser was chipped and they would not repair). That is fine. After signing the documents and sending the wire, I asked to confirm both keys were being sent. I was then told that the dealer only had one key for this vehicle. I requested that they cover the cost to replace the second key, to which I received delays in response and then push back from the sales associate who stated the manager would not cover it. At this point, I just wanted to vehicle delivered as it had already been weeks since I purchased the vehicle. This vehicle was delivered to my parent's address as requested (which is not where the car is registered). After a little over a month, the car was stolen from my parent's driveway using a key fob. Mercedes key fobs are extremely difficult to replicate, and the two men who stole the vehicle entered with a key. I have reached out to the Mercedes dealer who performed the PPI (Naperville, IL) and the dealer who performed service after it being delivered (Greenwich, CT), and both of their managers confirmed that no additional key fob was created at their location (as suggested by NYPD). The thieves did not have an iPad or laptop when entering the vehicle, which would indicate some sort "relay" attack. The thieves simply unlocked the door and started the vehicle. Hoping someone from this dealer reaches back out to assist. Police (NYPD) & my insurance carrier have been notified & I truly hope they get to the bottom of this. I reached out to two sales associates today for the manager's contact info but have not received a response... truly has been the worst experience. More

He treated me like garbage and totally pushed me away from buying the vehicle with his attitude, mentio to meet with one of the managers named Eddie. Can’t rate a 0 but… Very unprofessional and suspicious behavior from management and sales team alike. Wasting my time driving from out of state arriving to a car that’s buried in snow & needs a jump to ev behavior from management and sales team alike. Then added on fees for a vehicle that seems to have been neglected- am I supposed to feel secure knowing the stock is as dead as it is? Doesn’t make sense. Again wasting my time, should’ve stayed local. NOT WORTH THE TOLLS IN ILLINOIS NOR MY GAS NOR YOUR GAS. Go somewhere else. More
