The whole team at Key Salem Hyundai was amazing from start to finish. No high pressure sales tactics, honest and communicative throughout the buying process. Plus as friendly as can be. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. And in this crazy market, they are selling cars AT MSRP with no hidden fees and no misleading tactics. Nancy Vega (Sales Consultant) answered a number of questions over the phone and happily showed me all the features of the car I was interested in. She was quick to return calls and texts and never once made me feel as though I was annoying her, even though I had A LOT of detailed questions. Gregory Georgoulis (Business Manager) was fair and honest when he reviewed my trade. Ashley Letizia (Finance Manager) was the quickest and most thorough finance person – never once pressuring me into unnecessary packages and warranties and explaining every single document signed carefully – was also able to get a great interest rate that was competitive with special program offers. David Flowers (General Sales Manager) was accommodating when it came to working out a tricky down payment situation. When it came to picking up the car, Nancy made sure to go over every important feature of the car and assured me that I could reach out to her with any follow-up questions. I cannot speak highly enough of every single person I crossed paths with at this dealership – even one of the service technicians I ran into in the parking lot was welcoming and happy to answer any questions about the vehicle. Way to go Key Hyundai and thank you – I will be back when it comes time for my next car. The best dealership experience I have ever had I know that it sounds hyperbolic, but this really was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. I called the sales department and Nancy I know that it sounds hyperbolic, but this really was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. I called the sales department and Nancy Vega answered the phone. I told her what we were looking for and she said, "give me a half an hour and I'll have some offers for you." Sure enough, about a half an hour later she called back with five concrete choices. We narrowed them down to two, over the phone, and then one. She then emailed me the sticker from the car (with the details) and an application. I filled out the app and got a call not too long after that. We were all set! We drove to the dealership, she was friendly, courteous, kind and professional. There were no games. No, "I have to go to the business office" nonsense. There was absolutely no run around!! I couldn't believe it. The process was pleasant and seamless. I was especially happy because as I was shopping around, I had called Pride Hyundai in Lynn, MA. There was SO MUCH "run around" and NO straightforward answers. Talking to Nancy was WONDERFUL in comparison! (And, it was wonderful, anyway.) Key Hyundai (Nancy Vega) was honest, straightforward, no games, and helpful. I couldn't believe it! I really didn't thin that car dealerships like this existed. They have gained a customer for as long as I live in this area, for sure! Thank you Nancy! (And, David! David was the finance guy. Also wonderful!) More
